What is Lumina Spark?
Lumina Spark is a digital psychometric learning instrument based on Jung and the big Five. Personal preferences are visualized after filling in an online questionnaire. The outcome is the Lumina profile, which inspires our students to develop the skills most needed in the workplace: adaptability, agility, a growth mindset, collaboration, authenticity, and the ability to lead oneself and others. With the Lumina Spark profile our students increase their self-awareness.
By applying the Lumina Spark model, our students are equipped to work better together and create better results during their studies and in their future professional careers!
